After several years at Hal Riney & Partners in San Francisco, I moved to the land of pineapple and poi, joining an agency in Honolulu. Hawaii was great until I was stricken with a deadly case of Island Fever and had to move back to the mainland. I returned to Riney for a few more years, then Publicis Seattle to help lead T-Mobile. Had I gone to Japan, I would have completed the Pac Rim. But I opted for Dallas instead. I spent time at Tribal DDB, TM and Slingshot and am now at Moroch, writing and leading creative teams for McDonald’s, Neighborly and Honda. While I’ve earned various awards for my ads, my crowning achievement would have to be winning the Showcase Showdown on The Price is Right. RIP, Bob.
